has more than 20 years experience as a Attorney-Mediator, Arbitrator, Trainer and Coach. She
has performed both direct and oversight responsibilities in the areas of business law,
corporate compliance, government, family law and elder law. Ms. Premazon has represented
companies and individuals in various legal matters including litigation, mediation,
arbitration, and negotiations of complex legal issues.
Edith holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science from Goucher College in Towsend, Maryland and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law, in Houston, Texas.
